If you’re familiar with the mission of the Kris Perani Hockey Foundation (KPHF) and want to apply, the applications are now open (see the two deadlines below). Sponsorships are based on the money available for distribution and financial need of applicant.
Please note there are two application deadlines, which are as follows:
Deadline A: Applications will be accepted now through July 31st, 2018. This is for those individuals whose teams have tryouts before August 2018. Decisions for this group will be made in August and notifications will go out at that time.
Deadline B: Applications will be accepted from August 1st until September 30th, 2018. This is for those individuals whose teams are having tryouts in August and later in the fall. Decisions for this group will be made the first week in October and notifications will go out at that time.
Please be advised, the application process will take about 30 minutes to complete and there are a few documents and additional information you will need to provide along with the application:
A 1,000-word essay on why the player should be sponsored.
Three (3) recommendation letters from the coach, the president of the association, and a team parent.
Ice bill for the year.
All applicants will also need to submit three (3) personal recommendations, the student’s most recent report card, and a recent photo.
