2009 KPHF Sponsorship Application

The 2009 Kris Perani Hockey Foundation Sponsorship Application is now available.  Please be advised that application dates have changed.  Applications will be accepted May 1, 2009 through August 31st, 2009 for the 2009 – 2010 hockey season.  All decisions regarding the applications will be made on September 15th, 2009 and monies will be mailed the first week of October, 2009.

The Kris Perani Hockey Foundation would like to thank all event sponsors, participants, donors and volunteers for all of their hard work and generosity during the Annual Kris Perani Hockey Foundation Golf Outing, held July 14, 2008 at Captain’s Club at Woodfield in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

From all of your support we raised over $30,000 to help youth hockey players in need with financial assistance!
