The 2010 Kris Perani Hockey Foundation Golf Outing and Casino Night was a great success!  We would like to thank all of our sponsors and supporters that came out for this great event. We had a perfect day for golf and a beautiful night for some gambling. With everyone's support we raised over $10,000 dollars for youth hockey players in need!

The Kris Perani Hockey Foundation and Professional Insurance & Investments present the 3rd Annual Kris Perani Hockey Foundation Golf Outing, Dinner and Silent Auction to be held on July 13th, 2009 at Captain’s Club at Woodfield.

2010 KPHF Sponsorship Application

The 2010 Kris Perani Hockey Foundation Sponsorship Application is now available.  Please be advised that application dates have changed. 

The application deadlines for the Kris Perani Hockey Foundation are as follows:

  • Deadline A:  Applications will be accepted now through July 31st, 2010.  This is for those individuals whose teams had tryouts before August, 2010.  Decisions for this group will be made in August and notifications will go out at that time.
  • Deadline B:  Applications will be accepted from August 1st until September 30th, 2010.  This is for those individuals whose teams are having tryouts in August and later in the fall.  Decisions for this group will be made the first week in October and notifications will go out at that time.
All monies for those sponsored will be sent out directly to your team the second week of October, 2010.

2009 KPHF Sponsorship Application

The 2009 Kris Perani Hockey Foundation Sponsorship Application is now available.  Please be advised that application dates have changed.  Applications will be accepted May 1, 2009 through August 31st, 2009 for the 2009 – 2010 hockey season.  All decisions regarding the applications will be made on September 15th, 2009 and monies will be mailed the first week of October, 2009.

Mission Statement

The Kris Perani Hockey Foundation is an organization whose goal is to provide hockey players in need with financial assistance.  The benefit of sponsoring hockey players in need will strengthen the hockey community and have a positive impact on the chosen nominees and their families.  

The Kris Perani Hockey Foundation is a public charity under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
